Joining the clean and green drive of the local government is far too easy. You simply have to do waste segregation and you are on it! To some, it ends there. And there they go again, littering, burning plastics and rubber in their backyards, and the list is endless. But to some families, their enjoinment to such cause is beyond what the government dictates. These families’ integrity is what United States of America need in order to curb the growing environmental issues, even in our very small ways.
For my family, we took this cause and our participation a step further. By creating a website for a localized community campaign, we managed to get more people thinking farther than what the government connotes as ‘the clean and green’ drive. It is the same old resource that we would see in other more established environmental groups. But the special thing about this is that we have localized the idea, calling on specific family names for their kind attention.
By knowing how to make a website, we tried to put our share to a pressing cause. We put together the images that we could put our hands on and created a historical timeline through pictures of what our community was from the 19th century. The animated story, one that has all the life it needs to catch attention and to irk emotions, is just too difficult to resist. And because this website building technology is free, all we had to be worried about was how to complete the website building procedure without going through so much trouble. At the end of the day, there was nothing to be worried about even, because the procedure was too elementary.
